Mexico's black third kit is running the table

Plus a KAWS x Topps drop with real dates, the first EFL card set ever, a $9 thrift binder hiding a 1/1 Trout, and two 1952 Mantles closing the same weekend.

StockX no. 1 soccer seller (944 sales in 3 months) plus three r/soccerjerseys hunt and restock threads in 48 hours

Mexico's 26 Third Jersey Black is the hottest shirt on the resale market

The adidas Mexico 26 Third Jersey Black is currently the number 1 selling soccer product on StockX: 944 sales in the last three months at an average of $167, per Sports Illustrated's OnSI ranking. Mexico kits hold five of the top ten spots, with the Palace x Nike England shirt at number 2. The community side matches the data: r/soccerjerseys spent the last two days trading restock alerts for the home replica, store finds on the black Jimenez shirt, and a hunt thread for the goalkeeper kit. If you want one at retail, the restock thread is where people are finding sizes.

A lost T206 Honus Wagner spent decades as a paperweight. It goes to auction in August

The Die-Cut Wagner, a T206 Honus Wagner missing from public view for decades, has resurfaced: its owner had unknowingly been using it as a paperweight. CGC graded it Authentic - Restored, with VP of Grading Andy Broome confirming it is real. Sports Collectors Digest traces it from a $1 New Jersey shop find in the mid-1970s to a near-$10,000 auction sale in the mid-1990s. Love of the Game Auctions closes bidding August 8. Any Wagner surfacing is hobby news; one with this backstory is a museum piece with a punchline.
